Propping the door open, Mistoffelees ran forward to open the car door to the back seat, before returning to where they were standing. "I'll lock up once you guys are out."

((Try not to leave the lights on this time Misto))
Slois looked over to Doc for a signal to begin to move. He didn't dare try to move the twin by himself for fear that his legs would buckle beneath him.

Doc nodded once, assisting Slois to get the injured cat to the car. Once they had done so he got into the front seat and got the car started.

Making sure all the lights were off and that the door was securely fastened, Mistoffelees turned from the door, sliding into the passenger side of the front of the car. "Will you guys be able to pay?" he asked, glancing back at the twin still conscious.

Slois climbed into the back of the car after his brother. After getting comfortable in his own seat, he pulled Fayst's head into his lap and began to comb his fingers in the tangled long brown hair absentmindedly. "No," He said and glanced up at Mistoffelees. "We told you that this is all we have." He gestured to them both in their ratty garments. Obviously, it was all they had for a long while.

Doc turned the car toward the hospital as he glanced at Mistoffelees and then at the twins in his back seat, "Then we shall have to figure out a method of payment. I am certain we can cover it."

"I'm sure I have enough I wouldn't miss the payment," Mistoffelees said, and sagged down on the seat slightly, hunching his shoulders as soon as he suggested it. If ever asked, he would blame it on how tired he currently was.

Slois blinked at Mistoffeless and he was, for once, not offended by his comment in the slightest. "I can't accept that. If you save Fayst's life tonight then I don't think I could ever repay you enough," He swept a lock of hair of said brother's face before returning to Mistoffelees. "I can hardly let you pay and then just leave without so much as a thanks. Especially after what happened tonight." He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, only to wince and pull it out after it got tangled. "I'm actually really sorry about that. Old habits die hard. The only bright side of this is that if it wasn't you then Fayst wouldn't have any hope right now." The lanky tom's tail flickered uneasily at the thought and he instinctively pulled Fayst tighter to him.

Doc looked in the rearview mirror, "If he had not offered I would have seen to covering it somehow. We would hardly allow your brother to bleed to death when there is a hospital nearby."

"And I have more money than you," Mistoffelees said, glancing at the doctor. "So I might as well pay." The smaller tom glanced up at the rear view mirror. "If it concerns you that much, find a way to pay me back."

Slois made eye contact via the rear-view mirror and frowned. "I would hardly let you get away with paying and not thanking you either," He said and shrugged as best as he could with his limp brother in his arms. His eyes watched Fayst for a moment, the tabby just watching his twin breath, before he spoke again. "I guess I, or we, owe you both."
He looked up at Mistoffelees before looking back down. "I'll find away and let you know as soon as I think of one."

Doc pulled up in front of the hospital, looking to Mistoffelees, "Go in and let the know I'm bringing in a patient, if you would." He parked the car and got out to help get his patient out of the back seat.

Glancing once back at the twins, Mistoffelees slid out of the car, moving quickly to the doors and moving to the nearest nurse, telling her simply that Cohen had returned with a patient before waiting for the others to enter.
((So, possibly thinking Misto and Slois could continue talking while Cohen takes Fayst into the hospital room? Also, the only way they're ending up working for Misto at this point is asking to take the job to pay off the debt, and then possibly sticking around. Thoughts?))

((That sounds like a good idea. And yeah, I'm pretty sure just straight forward asking is a good way to go from here, throw Macavity at them later maybe. I have to mention that I have a terrible habit of thinking in my character's shoes. If my character doesn't know someones name, I don't use it, and subsequently if my character doesn't know, and even if I do, I write it like they really don't. I'm sorry if it's ever confusing. It's like the whole me knowing that Martin was above Plato but Plato not knowing if he was or not.))
Slois propped Fayst up on the seat beside him and climbed out of the car to walk around, just to make it simpler to get his twin out of the car. Stooping down, Slois cradled his brother in his arms and shakily stood up, his legs not as strong as he would like them to be.

Doc paused to offer his help to Slois, but determined that he seemed steady enough and he hurried ahead to open the door for the brothers, signaling for a wheelchair for the injured tom.
