Sonya offered him a smile at that, finishing the cup of coffee and looking toward a waitress for at least one more. "And you are sure things with you are doing alright?"

Lou shrugged, answering with the most immediate concern. "There's a young queen who's wanting to audition as a singer for my band. She's auditioning tomorrow, but...We've never had a singer and I don't know that it'd be a good fit. I'd like to help her, really I would, I just don't know.."

Sonya considered that, leaning back in his chair a bit further. "It would also depend on how well she sings, yes? But keeping in mind you cannot help everyone... I would wait until at least after the audition I would think. See how she sings and acts first. But if it is not a good fit, then it is just not a good fit."

Sonya nodded. "Hopefully that one more thing is not the straw that broke the camel's back but yes... things do seem to pile up, and when you hope it is just going to be one thing... they bring friends."
