Slois was surprised at first by the skill the other tom displayed, but he quickly got caught up in the jist of things and was tapping his paws on the ground to the beat. The lively music made Slois want to get up and dance, but the park was hardly the place to be dancing. He wasn't even all that good at dancing in the first place.

Moving from the jig into a reel seamlessly, Alonzo finally pulled the fiddle down, grinning broadly. "Makes the heart beat a little faster, huh?"

Slois grinned at the other tom before replying. "Yes," He agreed. "Picks the mood right up."

Slois wasn't even sure what that even was, but he dismissed it. The name was the important part. "Okay," He said as he filed away the information for later. "Nice meeting you." He gave a polite smile and a wave before he turned to head back to where his paws had dragged him that stormy night.
