Munkustrap Hollister made his way down the hall to his brother's office. He hadn't been to see Mac since before Mistoffelees' gala and he figured it was about time to check in and see how Mac was doing in regards to Griddlebone and life in general. The silver tabby glanced around the hotel as he made his way through it. He never ceased to be slightly awestruck by the tasteful opulence in the building.

Whistling to himself, Macavity glanced up when he heard paw steps approaching. "Enter," he called out, before continuing the same tune.

Macavity arched a brow. "Really now? That same 'al from New Years?" he asked, hoping the answer would be yes.

"Straps," Macavity drawled. "Have you looked at the calendar recently? New Year's Ball is comin' up with all that glitz and glam." He took extra care to pronounce the gs in the phrase, emphasizing them.

Munkustrap sighed at that, "Oh that's right. The annual soiree. I...hadn't really forgotten." He glanced around his brother's office, not saying that he'd half-hoped Mac had.

Mac snorted. "Sure, Straps. You think I would forget or somethin'? Please. Besides, That's one year of me and Grids. That alone deserves ta be celebrated, even if we have a technical anniversary now ta."

Munksutrap smiled faintly at that, "Alright, granted. I'll be there, Mac. I'll see if Electra is interested in coming again this year as well. How is Grids doing, by the by?"
