Misto didn't much look like he believed him at all but shrugged. He glanced from Victoria to Coricopat, suddenly registering having both of them in the same space. "Would you like to sit?" he asked Coricopat, motioning to the other side of the bench he had planted himself in the middle of.

Victoria gathered up her lunch and scooted over. No sense being so terribly confined. If she could find a suitable excuse maybe she could just go back to work early.

Coricopat hesitated, "I would hate to intrude, but if the young lady doesn't mind?" He glanced at Victoria again.

"I don't mind." Her voice was gaining in strength and she managed to keep it from being a squeak. Mistoffelees was on good terms with him, perhaps she could learn to relax around him.

The ADA hesitated for another moment before sitting down on the bench beside Mistoffelees.

Coricopat's gaze flickered briefly to the crutch, nodding, "Yes, we've met a couple of times."

Misto's eyes flickered between them and his shoulders tensed slightly. He felt he should be carrying the conversation, since he was sitting in the middle, but unsure how to react to both of them in the same space and it was making him a bit tongue tied. "Well..."

Victoria opened her lunch, "I-if you gentlemen don't mind. I'm just going to- well my lunch break is only -only so long." She pulled out a paper wrapped fish sandwich.

Misto shook his head. "No, go right ahead." He glanced back over to Coricopat. "It's been going fine. Morning was rather laid back, and work in a bit. But I thought it best to take advantage of the weather while it was here rather than staying in all day."

Victoria unfolded her sandwich and used the paper wrapping as a napkin in her lap as she ate.
