Taradan shrugged, Macavity had said 'drop off' that could have meant it was being dropped off that night. He didn't press the issue though. "Right, anythin' else I need t'know?"

"Shouldn't be?" Mac responded with a shrug, leaning around one corner of the warehouse, looking at the door. "If there is you'll find out soon enough."

Taradan merely nodded, following just a step behind Macavity. He disliked how quiet things were though, feeling the fur along his spine stand up. It could be nothing, all the same, he reached for his gun, feeling a little more comfortable with the weapon in paw, though he didn't take of the safety catch just yet. There was careful and there was jumpy.

Glancing around, without seeing anycat around, Macavity strolled up to the door of the warehouse, opening it with an assurance that might have been misplaced. He glanced inside, before strolling in and looking over the crates already in the house. "These I think," he said, gesturing to some. "Should 'et them loaded up."

Taradan nodded, following Macavity and pausing to return the gun to it's holser, feeling a little foolish, before he moved to pick up a crate.

Macavity hefted up another of the crates, moving back to the car with no problem, before stepping back in the warehouse. He had another crate up as somecat yelled out, and a shot was fired to his right. Damnation, so there were guards. He dropped the crate and crouched down behind it. It only sounded like there were two guards.

Taradan hadn't quite gotten as far as a crate in his arms when the shout rang out, he ducked behind the stack next to the ginger tom, drawing his gun again as he did so. He waited to see how many of them there were before shooting back though.

"Two of them," Macavity muttered. "Not bad odds," he peeked to the side, thankful the warehouse was still mostly shadowed. His own gun was out and resting along his side as he considered.

Taradan nodded, "Should be able t'take 'em." he muttered back, already taking aim on the one nearest. "They shouldn'tve fired that first shot, gave us a warnin'."

"Lucky for us they did then," Mac huffed, firing a shot and seeing it go wide before cursing under his breath.

Taradan fired a fraction of a second after Macavity, just ducking back down in time to miss the return fire. Though he wasted no time in trying again, sucking in his breath slightly when his next shot hit home, though the hit was off enough not to kill the cat, though it did stop him in his tracks, and Taradan took the opportunity to shoot at him again, cursing a second later as he dropped down, a bullet missing by barely a hair's breadth.

Macavity peeked around his crate again, actually taking the time to aim before firing his next shot, though the time cost him the tip of his ear as a shot rang over his head. However, he caught the other cat in the chest and sent him down, so he figured it was worth it well enough.

Taradan's last shot had hit home as well, though by some twist of fate, the cat was still alive, it was doubtful he'd be getting up again, but Taradan took no chances, approaching close enough, now it was safe, to put a final bullet through the tom's head, possibly an act of mercy as much as anything. He didn't spare the corpse a second glance though, knowing if there had been other cats around alerted by the gunshots then they would be here soon. He retuned to Macavity and the crates, "We still takin' these?"

Mac shoved his gun back in it's holster, cursing. "Grab another crate. What we have currently should be enough. Then we're gettin' the hell outta here."

Taradan nodded, stooping to pick up another crate as he did so, but keeping the gun in paw, just in case. Arms full as they could be whilst retaining a little ability to control the gun and he was heading for the doors.
