"True. I suppose if he does his injuries damage it's his own stupid fault." Why did she care anyway, Coricopat had made it pretty clear that he probably wouldn't if things were the other way around.

Mac nodded again, tail swishing somewhat behind him. "Yeah, well," considering how little time he allowed himself to heal, he could certainly not demand Cor take the same amount of time. "We'll see when we see."

She'd overstepped the mark again, but this time for entirely different reasons. Despite always believing she'd gained a good deal of self control since her kittenhood, it seemed that her interest in the way other cats' minds worked was still in the habit of running amock and getting her into unfortunate situations.
"I haven't got a point," she admitted, a touch quietly, her tone reserved in an attempt to show a little more respect, Everlasting Cat damnit, as if she wasn't on thin enough ground with Macavity already. "I'm sorry, I forget not everyone finds thinking about such things as interesting as I do, I got carried away. I really didn't mean anything by it, other than yourself and Coricopat are both very complex felines."
