"Ah, you probably managed better without me then." Tugger was unable to avoid attempting to justify his absense again. "Though I was wonderin' if I might be able to persuade my boss to make us a supplier, she's had a few problems with one of her usual ones of late."

"I'll see what I can do by way of persuadin' her tomorrow, who knows, mebbe' I could even get Mac to put a good word in with her for us." Tugger suggested, he grinned at his brother again, despite the way it had started, in terms of getting along with Munkustrap, this evening had actually gone alright.
