"Might as well be hanged for mutton as for lamb now, wouldn't make much difference, but I do wanna get out of these clothes before they start to smell." Teazer admitted.

Electra nodded. "You go on ahead honey. I'll be fine here. We've had worse accidents." She smiled at the other.

A brief smile back, then Teazer made for the door, waking with a good deal more care this time. "Thanks again, see you around maybe."
Exit Teazer

Electra stayed in the shop, moping up the spilled milk and when that was done, cleaning up the rest of the area.
((I'm leaving this thread open, so Spider-Bear if you want to have Bomba come in later, that would be shiny, like maybe just a couple hours later in the day or what-have-you))

(I'm labouring under the assumption its Winter, see; Seasons Thread)
Bombalurina's heels clicked daintily on the frosty pavement, her hips twitching in a hurried shimmy under her long calf length coat. Snow was drifting gently from above, dusting the tips of her usually loud red hued, black tipped ears to a blistering white. Spying the entrance to the shop, or more so the 'Open' sign resting beyond the cool touch of smooth window glass, the scarlet queen slipped inside, a rush of warmth ebbing the cold from her bones.
Exhaling deeply, she noted the absence of vapour in her expelled breath in the air before her, the simple notice enough to warn her of the heat soon to come should she stay in her heavy coat. Slipping it from her shoulders, she draped it gently over one arm and began perusing the foreign store.
Usually, she shopped at a smaller grocery place nearer the train station; it had been the first store she'd set paw into after her move to Felidae, and was really one of the only places she knew. She wondered briefly what sort of prices they could challenge the smaller store, hoping silently she hadn't been ripping herself off a good deal by forgoing some of the central stores to Felidae, such as Richard's General Goods.
Bombalurina noted a young, peppy looking queen behind the front counter, but did nothing to motion toward her. Despite giving the appearance of a brassy, unusually attractive queen, she very seldom found her confidence high enough to introduce herself for more then a second upon purchasing. She returned to pawing some of the cans before her, mentally checking her icebox for its contents, and attempting a solid idea of her next meal.

Electra had been leaning against the counter from behind, her chin cupped in one paw when the other queen entered the store. She blinked a little, feeling tired, especially after the milk spilling incident from just a little earlier, and realized she had let the other walk in without any sort of greeting. Forcing herself to stand up straight, she watched as the other looked through some cans. "Do you need any help, honey?" she asked.

Bombalurina startled herself a little, clutching a can to the area left open on her chest pelt through her work shirt, turning slightly to the friendly face. "Oh, sorry." She smoothed a strand of hair behind one alert ear and off of her face; voice naturally husky. "Nothing in particular. I haven't been in here before..." She trailed off nervously, falling silent.

Electra blinked a little at the reaction. "Alright. Well, if there's anything you need any help on, be sure to let me know would you?" She paused for a moment. "You from around here at all?"

The sultry queen dropped her green gaze to the counter, whiskers twitching finely. "No, 'fraid not. I've only been in town a month or so." She laughed somewhat nervously, the husking of her voice litlting and wavering as she set the can down to its shelf-place.

Electra nodded. "And how are you settling in around here? Felidae all you hoped it would be?"

"Ah, I didn't think I had any hopes really." Bombalurina offered quietly, skimming a paw over the end of her lush tail. "Although, I suppose it's different when you don't know anyone."

Electra smiled at the other queen, her heart going out a little. She had never had the problem of being new somewhere, and thought it must be a terrible fate. "So, you having trouble meeting people, honey?"

The bombshell queen shook her head, a slight smile tweaking the corner of her full lips at the kindness. "Not really. I just know my boss is as dirty as they come and that people have mighty-rough elbows when you're walking on the main street."

Electra winced. She certainly understood the sentiment about Main Street. She was just glad she could trust her boss. "Aw honey, you sound like you need a break."

Bombalurina shrugged nonchalantly, looking and feeling less spark then she'd had in years. "Don't we all?" She fluffed her long deep red locks, swishing them away from her face, taking a quick glance over the benchside products. "I suppose I would if I could afford it...though it must've been a long day for you too, kit." The affectionate term she used to call everyone in years past slipped out as she relaxed some to Electra's company.
