((I'm borrowing the whole concept from a different message board I belong to, but I feel that it would work perfectly here as well. It basically is the text version of using the praise/criticize button))
What this basically boils down to is, is there a character or an event in a thread that really makes you sit down and go "yeah, I can see that." or "Wow, that was bloody well awesome, I wish I could write as half as well as that person"?
I know I've seen at least a half dozen threads here that have my jaw dropping and going "wow" (amongst other things). And I'm sure all of you have had those moments, so do feel free to share them
For me, one of the characters in a thread that absolutely moved me was Growltiger's reaction to when Griddlebone told him they were over, as seen over here. I was all in the "Oh, God, it can't get any worse for him, can it?" And then whoomph, it did. And then with this:
My heart just completely broke for him.
Kudos to you both, but especially Growltiger, who had me actually sniffling while I read the entire piece.

Seeing her moving past him, and his arm shot out across the doorway to block her, claws digging into the wood. "We built a life together, and you're just leavin'? What would you have done if I hadn't shown up? Would you have just left without a word?" His breath was caught in his throat, he was rambling, denying this was happening because it couldn't be real. Not his Grids...
