Misto shifted slightly, so he was resting his head against Coricopat's shoulder, his arm going over his far shoulder. "I'm sorry," he said quietly. "Is there anything I can do?"

Coricopat tensed very slightly at the increased contact, but shook his head, "I don't think so. It's just going to take time."

Swallowing hard at the tense, Misto closed his eyes for a moment. But, he wasn't really sure how else to give comfort. "Yeah, time is usually what things seem to take."

Cori straightened, waiting for Misto to move before sitting back. He hesitated and then placed an arm around the other cat, "I'm off work at the Demoniaque for a few nights, either way."
