"Thank you," she said softly, ear flickering back. Had she just asked for Shaw...? What was wrong with her? Injuries usually didn't affect her this badly.

He paused in his work, not sure about answering that question, but finally shrugged. "A snowflake." After a moment's hesitation he held it out to her for her to look at. "It still ain't quite done."

She offered him a smile in return, though it was much less sure. "You're welcome," she murmured. "You... do seem to have a talent from what little I've seen."

He shrugged, "When I'm not doin' somethin' else with m' paws. Usually have two or three carvin's at a time."

"Music, books," she said and shrugged. "I've never actually had artistic talent myself, though I've been told I have an eye for it."

There was a long pause as the queen watched him. "Anything? Turning back time would perhaps be first on my list but... I suppose I always did, well, enjoy curating museums. It's... very different from what I do now."
