For a moment all Misto could do was blink at him before chuckling once, harshly, shaking his head slightly. "I really will never understand you."

Doc arched an eyebrow but shook his head. "I have another couple of patients to see to. I'll be back to check on you again later, Mr. Quaxo. As to you" He looked at Cori, "he needs rest. I find you still here when I get back and I'll see that you're blocked from the premises."
"I pay your security's salaries." Was the reply, which received a muttered oath in Yiddish as Doc left.

Misto turned his head back, listening to the exchange. "You need to be nicer to doctors," he said softly.
