Tugger's ears flicked back at Macavity's tone, despite not being about to confirm what his brother must be thinking. "I wasn't him Mac. I walked inta' a doorframe a few days back. That's all, really."

Mac's eyes were still narrowed, but his voice started returning to a more normal pitch. "How the hell you manage somethin' like that?"

"It got left on the sideboard an' forgotten. Well," Tugger admitted, "kinda' forgotten, I knew it was there, but I thought Munk'd put it there f'a reason, so it never crossed my mind t'mention it to him. Neither of us realised until we came home t'find they'd cut the electric."

Tugger grinned, his ears pricking back up, "Yeah, I guess so." he was still hovering somewhat near the door, unsure what Macavity wanted to do.

Tugger nodded, "S'okay. Y'didn't say when it was best t'come over, so I jus' came when I was ready." he took a seat at the chair in front of the desk, tail swinging into his lap as he absently fiddled with the fur there.
