Bustopher Jones meandered his bulk between the tables, considering the room at large. It was early still, so very few cats were actually in gambling their lives away, but he was just doing a few checks, and talking to the dealers.

Munkustrap hesitated a long moment before entering the gambling room, having been told that this was where Jones was. He hated this room, more than the rest of the Palace. Lives won and lost--mostly lost--in this room.

Jones turned at the sound of another cat entering, his brow quirking at the sight of the silver tabby. Oh, which one was this? He couldn't place him at the moment... "Do you need something?"

His jaw tensed very slightly as he answered with his father's name, "Deuteronomy Hollister."

"Ahhh yes," Jones said, placing the cat. "One of our regulars, hm?" He paused, giving the cat before him another look over. "Wait, Hollister?"

Munkustrap set the monthly payment in the tuxedo tom's paw, without another word, the sooner he got out of here the happier he'd be.

Jones gave him a look as if the silver tabby wasn't worth squishing. "Your, father is it? He has increased his debt yet again. Besides, considering inflation, and interest, the payments have to go up sometime, hm?"
