Some part of her was actually surprised he'd caved, however, she was not about to crow over this battle, however hard won. "Thank you, that's all I wanted to know."

"Thank you for letting me know about this," she added quickly, "I do appreciate it." she made to close the door, pausing to add, "Goodnight Macavity." she wasn't quite prepared to stoop to 'Mr Hollister' just yet, besides, it might sound like sarcasm at that stage. She didn't wait for a response either, not really expecting one, clicking the door softly closed instead.
When the door was shut, Tantomile leaned against it, closing her eyes, expression pained.

Mac was already walking away from the door by the time it had been closed. He had more work to get done.
