WOC: He tends to let his bodyguards and thugs do it but he keeps a small hand gun with him just in case

Appearance: Pyotr keeps his appearance impeccable, considering he’s the mayor (and mob boss).

Personality: He’s two-faced and dirty. For times where he’s the mayor he’s extremely charming but when he’s a mob boss, he’s down-right cruel. Oh, and he’s really easy to pay-off. And he’s a total slimeball.

History: Pyotr was born in Moscow in 1880 as an only son. He left the country right before the Russian Revolution of 1905. He had just finished college and was going to teach when both his parents were murdered. So he left for America and quickly set up a name for himself as a Russian mob boss. He soon wanted more power and saw the election for mayor as a perfect opportunity to gain more power. All it took was some intimidation and money in the right pockets and next thing you know, Peter Godina is mayor. Of course, now that he is mayor, he’s willing to do almost anything to keep it.

A couple things first of all:

I'm not sure you've been using Skimble enough to balance a third character.

Further, as far as I know, there wasn't a Russian Mob during the 1920s, and we already have three major gangs in the city and I'm not sure we need another one at this point. Usually things like this are discussed in the plot discussion thread before hand so other players can have some input to a major player moving in.

So, first of all I would like to see you balancing two characters before adding a third, and also I'm not sure about him being a mob boss.

I think VS pretty well summed up the staff opinion on this. I'd like to see balance with your first two characters before considering a third, and this is a big character to bring in without prior discussion in the plot discussion thread.
