Teazer felt her fur prick up a little at that, she knew restarting the arguement was a bad idea, but that hurt, "Y'mean my word ain't enough? Fair enough if I thought there was a chance y'might be in. But why call if I know you'd be out?"

"I'm sorry Jer, but y'act like y'don't trust me..." she didn't quite finish the phrase, he probably had more reason not to trust her than he realised. But then again, if he was a bit more reasonable, she argued with herself, there would be no need to sneak around behind his back.
