I know these took forever but I'm thrice damn fussy with my art - unfortunately, when I used my camera phone to take the picture of the girls, it didn't come out so I could see them. So, they're going to be inked so I can take that photo later. However, I finally got my computer back from the shop virus free (I had thought I had gotten rid of the virus the first time but when it froze going into Notepad - that told me the problem hadn't been fixed. It is now fixed, the two remaining virii are gone now.) so I'll be able to scan them properly soon But enough TL;DR about computer issues. I know the page angle sucks but at least you can see five of the gentlemen from the board i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww62/Christine_Strongheart_Winx/art%20project/1206110813a.jpgIn order: Top Row: Mac, Cori Middle Row: Misto, Tugger (originally I had planned on the top being Tugger and this one being Mac but I looked at the sketches again and realized that made Tugger look much too old for his game counterpart so I promptly switched them. Bottom Row: Munkus (who decided he didn't like his brothers' taste in fashion and went with a bowtie and regular suit jacket) I'll probably do another page of sketches for the rest of the cast. The ladies have a page but it's in pencil and refused to play nice for me. I'll see about having their page properly up later. And then, I'll get the proper scans and digitally color them as well (once I rehook up my computer) |

I think you're a pretty competent drawer, and I like Tumble's outfit. I thank you very much for bothering to do fanart and I'm quite flattered with that.
But... I just feel like that isn't my Mac or Misto at all. It doesn't even remotely reflect the appearance I had in either app, and the clothing looks a lot more like what I would imagine out of the Beauty and the Beast verse. Misto wears /very/ plain clothing and his hair is very short, in the style of the 20s. Long hair on men was pretty much unacceptable during the time period.
Again, thank you so much for drawing these but... it doesn't feel like fan art of my characters.

I mean, I like the art I think it's well done and I think the character designs are interesting. They just don't fit the descriptions I have for any of the characters?
