"She, well, she hasn't fainted quite yet, but dizzy spells and the like. Can... you come look her over sometime? And yes, of course it's Macavity, who else calls you this late?"

"She? And where are you?" The doctor ignored the last comment, knowing the younger cat had a point.

"Yes, she, and where I live. Second floor at the moment, might move back up to the penthouse soon though."

"Try not to move her until I get there, hm? I'll be there shortly." He hung up, exiting the hospital and heading toward the Demoniaque.

Macavity placed the phone back down before moving back to the ballroom, sitting next to Griddlebone again. "How you feelin' now?"

"Fine, Macavity. I'm alright."

"Sure you are," he said, believing her even less now than he did earlier."

She frowned at him, "It's nothing I can't handle."

She growled softly in irritation, falling silent.
Doc arrived a few minutes later, coming up to the ballroom. "So what's happened?"

Macavity grinned at the doctor upon seeing him, but turned back to Griddlebone. "She's been sufferin' fits of dizziness and refuses ta think anythin' is wron'."

"That's because nothing is!" She protested.
"Well, let's have a look anyway, hm?" Doc spoke quietly as he came over. "How long have you been having these dizzy spells?"
"Since I was a kit. It'll pass."
The doctor didn't look convinced. "When did they start?"
"I did damage to my ear when I was ten. They've happened since then."
Doc motioned for her to turn her head enough for him to examine the proper ear. "Well, let's see if we can determine the severity of this, hm?"

Mac crossed his arms over his chest, leaning back and watching the pair with a keen eye. He knew better than to say anything when the doctor was working, but made sure nothing actually escaped his gaze either.

Griddlebone sighed, but let the doctor examine her ear. "It's nothing to worry about."
"Better safe than sorry." Came the reply as Cohen carefully did what he could to examine her ear. He drew back after a few minutes, looking at Macavity, "She's right. As far as I can see it traces back to that damage to her ear. Damage enough to not cause deafness, I'm correct?"
The white queen nodded, "Correct. Earaches and dizziness, but nothing more than that."
"Then I would say you're fine."

Mac nodded, accepting that. "Alright, good." He turned to the Russian Blue, offering him a grin. "Thankee for comin'," he said, managing not to add the other's first name.
