That time it was Mistoffelees who stiffened for just a moment before he relaxed, his arms against Coricopat's chest, and resting his head in between them. He tried to match his breathing to Coricopat's as he stood there.

He lifted his shoulders slightly and let them fall again. "Usually around the anniversary of my parent's death they get worse... so sorta kinda a month of the year."

Misto didn't move back from where he was just leaning against the other at that point. "Mhm..." Everlasting cat, he almost wanted to tell the other again that he was so in love and... knew it was a terrible idea and kept his mouth shut on it.

One of Cori's paws came up to stroke Mistoffelees' hair and ears.

The ear that was brushed by Coricopat's paw flickered and he startled slightly at the motion before melting back down against the other, standing still and welcoming the motion.
