He frowned slightly. "Alright," he said, and with a sigh pushed himself up to sit, stretching. Glancing over at her, he was tempted to lean over and kiss her again, but somehow was thinking that might be a bad idea. Instead, he stretched his back again and stood, hunting down his clothing.

Griddlebone watched him for a minute and then rose to find her own clothes and get dressed. She glanced at the bed and her ears flickered.

He nodded, pulling on his tie. "Alright then." Pausing for a moment, he considered her. "Would you mind me stoppin' by again then, or would you rather just come uptown instead? Later, I mean."

Nodding, one of his ears flickered slightly. Yes, he knew well enough she had another guy. That didn't mean he liked thinking about it, but he understood why she might not want him there particularly. "Either works for me," he claimed. Leaning forward, he stroked a paw across her cheek. "Have a good day then."
