Mac tapped a foot as he waited for the lift to reach the bottom floor. He quite liked having a lift but sometimes it was a pain and a half. At least Martin was in the backroom, yelling at some underlings, so he didn't have to deal with the grey cat's stare, but he was feeling a little jittery.

Coricopat entered the Demoniaque, strolling over to the lift and stopping next to Macavity, his tail swaying idly behind him. "Evening, Mac."

Macavity chuckled at that as he glanced at the boy in the lift, hitting the button himself. "Well, you missed Christmas there, the 'eneral time ta give presents."

"It's a birthday gift." Came the muted response before Cor let the kit know he was headed for the tenth floor.
