Bombalurina chuckled some, her lips twitching some. "Well, you're awfully arrogant then." She had to admit, some arrogance in a male amused her, though if it were any consolation to his ego, she supposed a select few were allowed to be arrogant with such looks.

Tugger shifted himself from the doorway as he heard footsteps behind him in, his face showing some amusement as he arched an eyebrow at her, "It's arrogant t'compliment a lady?"

Jerrie came in about then, hearing that last line. "Depends on why y' complimentin' 'em, Tug."

Bombalurina let her lips twist to a crooked sort of smirk, Jerrie's entrance the perfect excuse to return to the coffee cups and leave the males to sniff out the food.

"Well I ain't got much more t'redeem myself, my brothers have the brains in the family, so good looks an' charm are all I got goin f'me. Hafta' make the most of it." Tugger replied, though his tone suggested he was mostly joking, he wasn't quite that arrogant.

Bombalurina chuckled some, tail flickering in some amusement, noting a slight hesitation in his tone, her keen ears noting even the slightest change in tone. She supposed she would give him that, though she wouldn't ever tell him he had a right to be arrogant when he looked like that.

"Sounds like you got th' short end a th' stick if this is th' looks in the family." Jerrie offered a grin to supplement the jest in his tone.

Tugger snorted at that, "If that's the case I still feel more sorry f'Mac an' 'Straps." he chuckled good-naturedly, "Though did I tell'y Munk's got himself a gal?"

Jerrie's brows rose. "How?"

Tugger shrugged again, "Beats me," he joked, "she's a sweet thing too, very pretty an' seems like a good sort. She might do him some good."
