Tugger nodded, returning to his drawing, though after a few minutes, he pushed the paper sideways across the desk. "How's that?"

Misto glanced over at it and nodded, offering Tugger a smile. "Looks good. Give me another second and I'll have it rewritten in a hopefully more legible form."

Tugger slid the paper back to himself again, reaching for Mistoffelees' open textbook to copy from as he started to label the diagram in a surprisingly neat hand.

Misto's brows rose slightly at his handwriting--could everyone write neater than him? But he returned to what he was doing, humming softly to himself without thinking about it.

Tugger registered the humming, but made no comment, rather preferring it to their previous silence. He didn't recognise the tune offhand, else he'd have been tempted to join in.
After a while, he put his pencil down and paused to look at the diagram, comparing it with his orginal notes and the contents of the text book. "Does this look right t'you?"

Misto stopped humming and glanced up, taking the paper back and going over it, pulling his book back toward himself. "It does," he said after a moment. "Now, can you read this this time?"

Tugger nodded, automatically trusting Mistoffelees knew what he was talking about in his assesment of the diagram. He took the paper from the other and glanced at it, "I can. Jus' gimme' a minute." he started reading the contents of the paper, taking his time over it, Tugger was not the fastest reader, nor at digesting this kind of information.

While waiting, Misto flipped through the book, considering next week's assignments and what they would be doing for the rest of the term.

Finally, Tugger finished reading, "It sounds fine," he attested, "which bit do I hafta' say?"

"The ones marked with a b in the margin," Misto said. "I figured you wouldn't mind me giving the introductory marks and such. Unless you do. Really, you can chose which speaker you want to be, but b speaks less."

Tugger shrugged, "I got no problem with speakin', providin' I as least sound like I know what I'm talkin' about."

Misto smiled faintly at that and nodded. "Alright. Anyway, so, just the parts marked with a b, and you can keep that copy, I'll keep the one that looks like a spider wrote it."

"I guess that'll do well enough." Tugger agreed, "Is that all we need t'do then?"

Misto considered and then nodded. "Should be."

Tugger stuffed the paper in his book bag, "Alright. You better keep the diagram, it'll only get scrunched up if I keep it."
