He nodded slightly, finding a glass and pouring some water for Macavity, getting himself some as well.

Mac accepted the glass somewhat gratefully. "I hate ta be more of a bother, but do you have a cane or anythin' like that?"

Mac nodded, keeping his gaze on the other. He was bored out of his mind, though no matter where he was that would be the case. "Do you mind talkin' ta me then? I'm already about to go stir crazy."

Tilting his head and resting it on one paw, Mac considered, his eyes still keeping track of the other's movements. "What made you become a doctor, especially in a town like this?"

"I was a doctor before I came to Felidae, it is what I know how to do, so it is what I do." He replied.

Doc chuckled very slightly. "Well, I was given the opportunity to attend High School and University. My community needed a doctor and I thought it would be something useful I could do."
