He paused for a moment, his coat draped across one arm, and then offered her his other arm. "Of course. Shall we?"

He nodded. "One of the really fancy ones. I, help people out. When they have questions and such. Make sure they know where their rooms are and are content in them." Strictly speaking it was true.

An eager nod, "Wow," Teazer paused, biting her lip. "I'm afraid my day job isn't quite so exciting. I work in a cafe downtown."

He glanced over at her. "It's not really that exciting," he said smoothly. Well, it was when he was going side business and bullets started flying over his head. He paused, riffling through the information in his head. "Which cafe?"

He glanced around her, noting the cafe he saw. The Walnut Cafe? It seemed sickeningly sweet and adorable for a cafe. He nodded though. "I might have to stop by sometime. Would you recommend it?"

He nodded. Perhaps in a few days time, if she did not come to the Coral again he would stop by and hope it was her shift. Otherwise he would hate to be seen there. "It sounds like a nice place." It sounded like it would make him want to be sick.

Martin glanced to the side. About as much as pulling teeth out day in and day out. "It's a nice place to work. I get to meet all kinds of people that way."
