"He did seem as nice as his sister." She finished with the veggies. "I'm done chopping the vegetables."

"You work where she does, don't you?" Electra asked, accepting the vegetables and putting them in with the sauce. "Thank you honey."

[becca]

"Yes I do." Deme answered. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

[victoriousscarf]

"You like where you work right?" Electra asked, looking at the pot. "I think dinner is almost done though, thanks for your help honey."

[becca]

"Yes, I like working there. Why?" She was curious where this line of questions was headed. "Are you sure there's nothing I can do to help you?"

Electra shrugged. "I don't know, we just have not talked very much. I just wanted to get to know you a bit better." She eyed the pot where the pasta was boiling. "And I think for the next ten or so minutes things just need to shimmer, and then dish everything up. But thanks a lot."

Demeter smiled and asked, "What would you like to know about me?"

Electra shrugged, stirring the pot lazily. "Oh, I don't know." She thought about the question game Munkustrap and her had done earlier that day and smiled. "I just barely know you is all. Like, what is your favorite kind of food even? Music? Things like that. We should do things more often I guess."

She smiled gently. "I suppose we can start with those two questions. My favorite food would have to be pasta. I don't really have favorite music. I like most of it. How about you?" As to doing things together, she replied. "I'd like to do things together more often."

Electra shrugged again, still stirring the pasta. "Well, I chose the right food for dinner then didn't I?" she smiled at the other queen. "As for food, I'm pretty open to anything, though I have a very special fondness for chocolate and grapes. Which don't really go together. And I'm a fan of Jazz music. We could always go to a club sometime together, if you liked music."

She laughed at the queens comment about chocolate and grapes. "Have you tried them together? They might be good together." About going to a club and music, she was hesitant. "I like music but...I'm not so sure about going to clubs."

Electra smiled when the other queen laughed. "Honestly, I've never been brave enough to try them together. They're both sweet, but in different ways. As for the club, well, I know this one laid back speakeasy that has good music. It's really mellow there for the most part. I usually go just to listen to music, not drink or do anything like that and it's fine there. But, of course, it's entirely up to you."

Deme smiled back. "Well if you want some one to try them with you, I'll be brave and try them if you will." As Electra described the club, she considered it. "I think I'd like to go there some time."

Electra laughed softly at that and shook her head. "Alright, I'll keep that in mind." It might make a good night in sometime later in the month. "And as for the speakeasy, no pressure, but I'd like to be able to take you out sometime. But... only whatever you're comfortable with. I think you'd fit in there, but, really, no pressure."

Deme laughed along with Electra. "I'd like to go there sometime. I really would." She thought for a second. "Have you seen a tom that looks like Rumpleteazer there?" She asked shyly.
