The hotel which Macavity owns. Unlucky thirteen is his number. It is located off High Street in the Uptown area and thus caters to the highest class of cats.

The courthouse and police station are also located along this populous thoroughfare.

The main area of the city. Many speakeasies and shops are found in this area and it is the life of the city.

Houses and a couple apartment buildings for low cost are found here. Mostly middle-class though some citizens who could be called upper class reside here as well--and others are just above the poverty line.
